There are custom trucks—and then there’s Black Label 5.0.
This isn’t just another appearance package. It’s a purpose-built, limited-edition Ford F-150 designed by Automotive Concepts for the 2025 SEMA PRO Cup Challenge. Rooted in legacy and refined by design, this build showcases what’s possible when every part has a reason to be there.
Let’s take you under the hood and behind the design.
Suspension, Wheels & Tires
The foundation of any great build is its stance.
Brandon Senescall led this segment, carefully dialing in the suspension and wheel setup to create the aggressive, widebody posture that defines the Black Label 5.0. The final setup features:
- 305-width tires offering substantial grip and visual power
- 22×10 wheels, carefully fitted for stance and clearance
This combination not only enhances aesthetics but also improves road feel, ensuring the truck handles as well as it looks.
Aero & Exterior Upgrades
This build doesn’t shout—it asserts.
To achieve the Black Label’s clean yet commanding appearance, Brandon also installed the full Air Design aerodynamic package:
- Cab spoiler
- Tailgate spoiler
- Front lip
- Hood scoop
All of these elements are framed by Bushwhacker fender flares, which were essential in achieving the truck’s widebody look. Precision paintwork by Jesse Zenda ensured a factory-quality finish on each component.
Zenda also added custom touches to the brake calipers and tow hooks, creating subtle but impactful accents that carry through the theme.
Vinyl Graphics & Branding
A signature look requires more than just parts—it needs story.
Nick Stanley brought the visual identity to life with Ford-inspired graphics, taking cues from the Raptor R while making them uniquely Black Label. Every line was rendered in-house, allowing for perfect alignment with body panels and emblems.
Using Avery Dennison’s satin-frozen-gold-chrome vinyl, installer Drew Rzeszutek laid down each piece with precision. The result? A premium aesthetic that pays tribute to the F-150’s golden anniversary while elevating the brand identity.
Custom Interior Featuring Katzkin’s TekArt System
Inside the cabin, innovation takes the lead.
Katzkin selected Automotive Concepts as one of a few elite partners to test and showcase their new TekArt and TekFusion interior systems at SEMA 2025. These are internally referred to as next-tier customization systems, designed to build on Katzkin’s vast offering of 120+ colors and materials (source).
These innovations feature:
- Large-perforated Katzkin leather
- A printed snakeskin pattern revealed underneath for a “ghosted” visual effect
- Precision-installed black and light-gray leather base
- Maze yellow accent stitching, piping, and embroidery
Rick Bach oversaw this intricate install, ensuring every stitch aligned with the vehicle’s elite branding. He also managed the sunroof integration, adding both natural light and luxury to the ride.
Each unit of the Black Label 5.0 includes a numbered dash plate—just one more nod to the exclusivity of this national release.
